Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 July 2026

AgentsLabs values your privacy greatly. In this policy you can read which personal data we collect, why we do so, how long we keep it and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In plain language: we only collect the data you give us yourself — via the contact form, email or phone. We use it to help you and never sell anything to third parties. We only place analytical cookies if you give your consent. You can always view, correct or have your data deleted; an email to info@agentslabs.net is enough.

Who we are

AgentsLabs is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy.

AgentsLabs
Email: info@agentslabs.net

Which data we collect

We only collect data that you provide to us yourself or that is technically necessary:

  • Contact form: your name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
  • Email correspondence: if you email us, we process your email address and the content of the correspondence.
  • Analytical data: only if you give consent via the cookie banner do we collect anonymised statistics about the use of the website, such as which pages are visited.

We do not collect special category personal data (such as data about health, race or religion) and ask you not to share such data with us either.

What we use your data for

  • Answering your question or enquiry via the contact form, email or phone.
  • Preparing and performing an agreement, such as a quote or assignment.
  • Improving our website based on anonymised statistics (only with your consent).
  • Complying with legal obligations, such as the tax retention requirement.

Legal bases

We process your personal data on the basis of the following legal bases from the GDPR:

  • Legitimate interest: being able to respond to enquiries and running our business operations. We always weigh your privacy interests in the process.
  • Consent: for placing analytical cookies. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
  • Performance of a contract: if you are our customer, we use your data to carry out the assignment.
  • Legal obligation: for keeping invoices and administration.

How long we keep data

  • Contact enquiries that do not lead to an assignment: maximum one year.
  • Data belonging to an assignment: for the duration of the collaboration and afterwards for as long as legally required. A retention period of seven years applies to invoices and financial administration.
  • Analytical data is processed in aggregated form and not kept longer than necessary for the statistics.

Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data to third parties. We only share data with parties we engage to make our services possible (so-called processors), such as:

  • Formspree, for the technical processing of the contact form;
  • our hosting provider, for running this website;
  • our email provider, for business email.

We have concluded data processing agreements with all these parties, stipulating that they process your data exclusively on our behalf and secure it appropriately.

Cookies

This website uses two types of cookies:

  • Functional cookies: necessary to make the website work properly. These may be placed without consent.
  • Analytical cookies: we only place these after you have given consent via the cookie banner.

Your choice in the cookie banner is stored locally in your browser (localStorage), so we don't have to ask again on every visit. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's website data; the banner will then reappear.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure your data, including a secure connection (HTTPS), up-to-date software, limited access to systems and minimising as much as possible the data we collect.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your data (right of access);
  • have incorrect data corrected;
  • have your data deleted (right to be forgotten);
  • have the processing restricted;
  • have your data transferred (data portability);
  • object to processing on the basis of legitimate interest;
  • withdraw previously given consent.

Send your request to info@agentslabs.net. We will respond within 30 days. To be sure the request comes from you, we may ask you to confirm your identity.

Not satisfied with how we handle your data? Then you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Changes

We may amend this privacy policy, for example if our services or legislation change. The most current version is always on this page; at the top you will find the date of the last change.
